To City of Bloomington, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of myself, my roommates, and our neighbors regarding a growing concern in our neighborhood. Every evening, around 4:00 p.m. and continuing through the night, we experience an influx of hundreds of crows flocking to our street and surrounding area. This results in a significant accumulation of bird droppings on our cars, as well as on nearby properties. The volume of droppings has become so excessive that it poses a risk to residents walking or entering their vehicles, as the droppings frequently land on people and properties. While I understand this may sound unusual, the situation has persisted for over two weeks, and we are becoming increasingly concerned about the potential health implications. The sheer volume of droppings is difficult to understate, and we believe it could lead to further issues if left unaddressed. The attached PDF includes proof of others cars as well as a photo of just one area of trees where the crows sit for hours. We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how this matter can be resolved, as we feel it is beginning to impact our quality of life. Sewer line backing up. Plumber came and snaked it, and then ran a camera. The collapsed pipe is under the street, so it's a city pipe.

Across the street from 3213 Allendale Drive the storm sewer is getting blocked with leaves and branches. Also, a few feet from the sewer drain is a pile of debris (tree branches and leaves).

Garbage constantly left outside allowing pests to get into. This attracts rodents and recently a coyote!

Grey water drainage from this address is draining onto my property at 2408 S Shadow Grove Ct. The homeowner had painted the white PVC plumbing pipe brown so that it blends in with the ground and then added a storm grate over it.
