Other: A male yellow lab with a black collar has been wondering around frequently in the neighborhood around the intersection of S Walnut and E Hillside. I personally spotted him on 11/28/24. I tried to approach him but was not successful. He showed ABSOLUTELY NO signs of aggression, but would not let me get close to him. He was running in and out of the street. I posted him to the Lost & Found Pets page on Facebook and received many comments that he is out like this frequently. I have also seen many posts on the page about sightings for this dog since my original post. I can only attach one image, so I’ve chosen some comments from my post about someone else’s sightings. I wish I could provide the owner’s address, but I do not know it. I am not sure if there is much you can do in this situation, but just wanted to report it since it has been happening so frequently.
