Richard Marshall, 800 Countryside Lane-#33371, has not paved his driveway yet. The house was finished over a year ago. He only has a gravel drive. He has 5 vehicles and is parking in the yard tracking mud & debris onto the road. There is no sidewalk in front of his house. The other neighbors had to install their sidewalks. He has been hauling in trees getting mud & debris on the road. Marshall is under an expired temporary certificate of occupancy.
Penny brought this over from Justin, limb hanging down in the line of sigth
House was reposessed by the bank. Yard has not been cut yet this year.
