I have to submit a complaint every summer about this neighbor who refuses to mow his lawn and he lives right next door to me which makes it even worse. You will be fining quite a few houses in the neighborhood (Westpointe - 2nd St and Adams)

The lawn in the front is overgrown and the backyard is even worse...Worried about snakes and other critters. I live next door.
