Here at Griffin Realty we witness multiple incidents every week of drivers traveling the wrong way on S College Ave coming from S Walnut St via Dodds. There is only one small sign that indicates that this is a One Way street. I believe that more signage (Do Not Enter, Wrong Way, etc) is needed. Thanks.

I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. Mr. Koontz stated that there is a line of sight problem where College Ave. merges with Walnut Street. He states that patrons from their parking lot cannot see to pull out due to the tall weeds. He believes that the propery is owned by the Grease Pit.
