The people at 1006 W 11th St have scraped their driveway and sidewalk into a 3-foot to 4-foot pile on the sidewalk at 1004 W 11th St. It is now creating a traffic obstruction as it falls out into the street. Sidewalk is completely unusable because of this obstruction!

The people living at this address have dug a pit in the backyard and placed a dead dog in it. The carcass smells very badly and is causing a problem for the people who live in the area.
