Over the holiday weekend, we had yet another water main break in Hyde Park Village. Happy to report that CBU was quick on the scene fix the problem and mostly cleaned up the mess. I would like to speak with someone regarding the issues as this was our second water main break in two weeks. I am the president of Hyde Park Village homeowners association. A small redbud tree in the grass strip on Essex Court has died and is in need of replacement. Additionally at least one old crabapple tree to the west on Allendale between Westminster Dr and Sowder Sq. had also died. Both spots seem like good candidates for replacement trees as well.

Whenever a report is made about the apartment building on the north side of Cottage Grove about 50' east of Grant (currently the ZBT fraternity), the address 414 comes up, but that cannot be correct. The address should be an odd number, maybe 403 or 405. See report just submitted. That one refers to the *north* side of Cottage Grove.

There is a hole right next to the fiber optic utility housing (grey rectangle) near SE corner of lot. The hole is on the street side and is difficult to see. There are no sidewalks on that stretch of Dunn so people have to walk on the side of the road, right where the hole is.
Running north on Bline with my daughter at ~10:30 am was verbally harassed by a group of 4 men who appeared to be unhoused gathered by the tables adjacent to Wonderlab garden. Comments were of a sexual nature. It would be appreciated if you could step up patrols in that area. Thank you.
Recently installed lighting fixture on the south side of this house is unshielded with the lighting element completely visible and unshielded, causing glare and light trespass on neighboring property. This light has been on for over 48 hours now, and after dark is disruptive. This violates city code.
Please finish repairing the north side of the overpass that goes from College to the trail along 3rd. It’s been closed for weeks and I’ve never seen a sign of work going on. The south side of this overpass has steps, so people with mobility issues need to use the north side. Thank you.
There is no farmers market page that is available on Instagram or other social media you have to subscribe to a weekly email and there is no information easily available for each week or even the month on the city website. This needs to be rectified as it is very exclusive to only utilize Facebook. It also does not provide information to more people who are interested or for people who are not from town.
