Resident stated that there was a notice left that there were no stickers. She has stickers on both cans and 1 bag of trash. Larry went out there and picked up one can. The other can is overweight. He left a notice.

Lot is grown over with weeds and grass. The lot is located in the SW corner of 11th and Monroe. Its is south of 1017.
Yard is trashed, looks like a dump, rats, cars, lumber piles, on the grass.

New residents have been bringing in truck loads of "yard sale" stuff. There is trash all over and an old refrigerator is also setting out in the yard. (Carol entered this complaint)

Please make sure whatever scooter ordinance is passed is enforced by city staff, not the companies. Improperly parked scooters need to be impounded. IU is doing a MUCH better job than the city making sure these things don't do damage. Follow the rules, great. If not, lock them up promptly.
