Requesting tree inspection, the tree line along my property belongs to the city. There are trees that appear dead or dying and are leaning towards the roof of my house.

Car is parked illegally outside 1423 David baker (delta zeta) and is disrupting pedestrian and bicycle traffic
A very sick cat
Dead skunk in the road.
I work at Bunger & Robertson downtown and we just had someone come in and say that it looked like there was a water main break on the corner of 3rd and College.
It would be helpful to have a west-pointing "One Way" sign installed on the east side of the Lincoln/Cottage Grove intersection and maybe even a "Do Not Enter" sign to alert drivers intending to turn right that they are about to encounter one-way traffic headed west. Currently, there is a west-pointing "One Way" sign on the NW corner of the intersection, but (ironically) view of it is mostly blocked by a "Do Not Enter" sign on the SW corner of the same intersection. Drivers on Lincoln who approach this intersection and who are unfamiliar with the street directions in this neighborhood could (do) easily turn right and head east against the traffic direction, formally in commission of a moving violation but it seems unfair to ticket them when the street layout is not well-communicated to the drivers. Note: there might have been a sign in this location in the past, but there have been some ADA-sidewalk projects in the area recently that necessitated temporary removal of signs, and any signs laying about could then have been picked up by a member of one of the local fraternities, notorious for sign theft in the neighborhood.
Bushes adjacent to Best Buy parking lot blocking the sidewalk and drivers' view. Been this way all year, reported on uReport many times and nothings been done
