Hi Raye Ann, Planning documented the state of this site recently and have this on our list of NOVs to issue. I forwarded information as well to HAND in regard to trash and other items outside. Based on the easement exhibit submitted for the previous demo project here, the rear does not appear to be an alley but a private shared drive easement. However, if you could send someone out here to take a look along the front area, there were previously vehicles parked in the grass and near the sidewalk. Thank you!
