Lights at both intersections are burnt out. Our free library located on Davis street, has been vandalized twice in the past month. We feel the lack of light has contributed to the vandalism.
Resident at the corner of E. Allendale and E. Dunstan raked leaves and piled them on the sidewalk. Cannot walk on the sidewalk because of the leaves.

City has not cut the grass by the storm drain and along E. Davis St. between S. Grant St. and S. Lincoln St.
On Davis between Grant and Dunn, the flowers/bushes are covering the Westbound Ln. making cars go over into the wrong lane to travel this street.
Sidewalks from 2222 E Covenanter up tp High St need to be cleared--as do sidewalks on Winfield from E Rechter to Hillside/Moores Pike.
