Other: Utility drain at the intersection of East Southdowns Drive and South Woodlawn (across the street from the Woodlawn Shelter) requires someone to remove all the leaves and stuff from the drawing screen. Every time the drain is cleaned, the leaves and stuff are never removed, only raked away. Please remove all the debris so it does not clog the drain again. Thank you.
