This curb and drain is improperly placed. In order to turn right out of Bittner Woods, you have to drive into the other lane of traffic (headed to the Sare rd load) to avoid running into the land. You’ll see how dug out it is that many people try to avoid driving into the other lane of traffic but then bottom out. This past Wednesday morning I also saw the Bloomington Trash truck exiting in the neighborhood in the entrance lane, I assume to avoid the same issue. We would appreciate if the curb and drain could be reworked to allow a safer exit from the neighborhood. Thank you!

A tree the city planted two years ago was knocked over in last night’s storms. It is not obstructing anything at the moment. I don’t think it can be saved but I’m not an arborist! There are many other pressing issues this morning—this is not an emergency or even priority. If someone can let us know what we need to do we’d appreciate it. Thanks!
