I’m writing to submit a second complaint about a pitbull that continues to be walked off-leash in our neighborhood. Despite my previous report last summer—after the dog attacked a neighbor and their pet—nothing seems to have changed. The dog is still being walked without a leash, often by young children who appear to be between 4 and 12 years old. This is unsafe and unacceptable, especially in a family neighborhood with small kids and pets. I urge the city to take appropriate action to prevent further incidents.
