Grass is unkept some trash behind the house. A contractor recently began work on the guttering and painting then quit. The contractor (Randy Richardson) told Mr. Eisenberg that the interior of the house is filled with trash, newspapers, etc. Mr. Eisenberg is concerned that this is a fire hazard.

missed pick-up/other/recycling/yard waste: Complained that on Monday 6/1, his yard waste wasn't picked up, but all the bags were tagged. Also he stated that you left a cardboard box, he meant for you to take after you dumped the recycling out. Would appreciate better service.
