The neighbor says that his house is vacant and that it has not been taken care of. The yard is overgrown.
This yard is overgrown per the anonymous person who called.
Mr. & Mrs. Gibbs submitted a letter that stated that the property owner of the above referenced address has vegetation overgrowth that restricts pedestrian and vehicular travel. There is also the remains of a tree lying next to the pavement that has not been removed.
There are tall weeds at the corner that are interferring with the line of sight.
Continuing problems with grass not being mowed; especially the back yard which is about 7 feet tall in some areas.
Grass is at least 2 feet high
At the house owned by Mrs. Cuffy across from 1608 E. 2nd St. there are branches and Vegetaion cut that are lying on the yard and partially on the sidewalk. The same problem exists at the corner of 2nd and Mitchell facing east side dr. Mr. Pipher would like for whoever does the complaint to call him and let him know who is responsible for the branches.
2306 E. Wimbleton Lane is closest address to the vacant lot at the intersection of South Montclair Avenue & Wimbleton Lane. The vacant lot is overgrown and in need of mowing. According to GIS, this lot is owned by Barbara Witte, 1604 Oakdale Drive, who owes the city for weed removal and demolition services. The citizen who called in stated that the lot looks terrible and needs to be mowed.
Ms. Lee called in to inform the City that the Hyde Park Subdivision has a lot of tree foliage that hangs over the sidewalks. She said that Olcott Blvd. & Forrester St. are the worst.
