Throughout the winter and currently, this uninhabited property has had unhoused people utilizing the garage in the back yard. People wander the alley and wander in the yard on a regular basis. During a meeting with today that Mr. Hazen had with the planning department, he mentioned concerns about the vegetation in the median of 3rd Street in the vicinity of his property at 1900 West 3rd Street. His concerns include: the height and density of the median vegetation prevents visibility across 3rd Street, prevents travelers on the roadway from seeing traffic in the opposing lanes, and prevents seeing someone who might be trying to cross 3rd Street mid block, etcetera. He asks that the vegetation be cut back.

Ms. Bates watched the leaf removal crew and was upset by the fact that it took 7 or 8 people to run 2 or 3 trucks. The collection process was not efficient at all. Too many employees were standing around and no work was being done.

Hello - Park Ridge neighborhood. Please tell me the range of dates for the leaf pick up? I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. The leaves have not been picked up on E. Brownridge Rd. and Fieldcrest in Hoosier actres. There are piles at various places on both roads. If not picked up there will be blockage of drains. Milton Taylor, 3712 E. Brownridge Rd.

I live in Zone 3 and the leaves weren’t vacuumed during the dates specified. I’m almost certain they were curbside in the time frame given. I’m not complaining, I’m sharing information to prevent additional exclusions.
