Detached large limb hanging over the road from tree in the devil strip in front of 708 W 7th st.

Limb fell in backyard and brought down a utility wire that is now hanging close to the alley. Not an electrical line - looks like communication. Not sure if this is a City issue or not, but the landlord (Parker Rentals) doesn't keep up properties, so it will just hang there until someone trips over it in the dark.

There is a City bench that is secured to the concrete, and someone has put their belongings underneath it, put a blue tarp over it, and tied it down. It has been there for two weeks now, and it is across from Chocolate Moose on the corner of Smith and Walnut.

On the northeast corner of 17th and Kinser Pike, looks like there's a pretty good patch of poison hemlock growing. Since its a noxious weed, I figured I'd report it!

This property continues to add to the trash and debris in their yard. It coninutally blows onto my property and around to other neighbor's property, too. 156 days has passed since this was last reported. WHY has it taken so long?! There are several grocery carts, a large screen tv and a new addition this week is a refrigerator. The refrigerator could have been picked up by the city, but no. They probably never requested that to be picked up. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have this yard a complete mess and is embarrassing to have friends over. It is PAST TIME to do something about this!

I dunno if this guy hasn't paid his bill or what? But we live across in 401 n Adams and we have worked really hard to try and keep our yard up. It seems like every single week now I've gone and had to pick his trash can up he has no bags and it just blows everywhere. Our family doesn't deserve to one deal with all the trouble the homeless bring because he won't put up any no trespassing signs and two to constantly be picking up after someone else that neglects there property

Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. Complainant has visible black mold on flooring under the sink. Reported the issue over a week ago to Property Mgmnt. Maintenance said they would not replace because it is a newer board. The adjacent board had a hole in it from a water leak and was replaced. Also has concern about bathroom sink repair.

The people residing in this home were previously told by HAND to get rid of the garbage that was accumulating in their back yard, which is loose and blows onto other properties. Instead, they have simply moved it 10 feet to the right by a shed. Also, there are currently 5 cars parked on the property. From day to day, there are a lot of unknown people and traffic some of whom briefly come and go. I have seen people staggering in the backyard who are likely under the influence of some substance.
