Other: I dunno if this guy hasn't paid his bill or what? But we live across in 401 n Adams and we have worked really hard to try and keep our yard up. It seems like every single week now I've gone and had to pick his trash can up he has no bags and it just blows everywhere. Our family doesn't deserve to one deal with all the trouble the homeless bring because he won't put up any no trespassing signs and two to constantly be picking up after someone else that neglects there property
