Issue with bloomington.in.gov site: at https://bloomington.in.gov/transportation/roads-and-traffic , clicking "Report Issues with Streets, Traffic, and Sidewalks" button redirects to https://bloomington.in.gov/open311-proxy/embed?client=2&group=Streets%2C%20Parking%20%26%20Traffic , which states Page Not Found error.
The alley off of Dunn Street, between Kirkwood and Sixth Street has a dumpster that is always overflowing with trash and food. The food will be drawing rats and rodents.
Location of problem: 37 and the bypass, Dunn and the bypass. "As someone who enjoys walking and bicycling, I would very much like to see consideration of more bike paths and sidewalks to enchance the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. I don't walk or bike as much as I would if it were safer. (Jane - fyi 2 AO's pending on her for stop sign requests).
Trash everywhere on the 400 block of N. Dunn.
Manhole cover off on the west side of the sidewalk on Dunn St between 8th & 9th.
Sewer bubbling over lid at N. Dunn, N of 20th in sidewalk.
Sewer plug leaking.
On the south east corner of N. Dunn and Old State Road 37 there are weeds that are growing up and it prevents anyone at that intersection from clearly seeing oncoming traffic coming from the right side.
Storm inlet needs cleaned out.
