The design of this ADA Ramp is to ensure a pedestrian stays in the ramp lane towards the crosswalk. Pedestrians should not be walking left to right over the edge of the curb.
Other: I’m following up on 204624, which I reported last week. I was happy to see that a railing had been installed with 48 hours of my filing the complaint, and I know my complaint had nothing to do with the railing getting installed. I’m asking that the city pay more attention to these uneven sidewalks and require property owners to mark them with paint, cones or, in the best case scenario, railings. The uneven sidewalks seem to be likely a violation of the ADA. There was a similar situation in front of Sweet Greens before they finally installed a railing, and there is still a similar situation in front of CVS on Kirkwood. Thank you.

Tony, Is this something that falls under you purview? I also had a question on the Posh side of the street that I'll reach out to you separately on. Thanks!
Forwarding the Kyle Baugh to see if the Engineering ROW team can assist with addressing this concern.
Can someone look into this concern, please?
