Blocked Sidewalk
502 E Kirkwood AVE

It’s probably time to have a refresher course for the Kilroy’s staff. They are blocking the sidewalk again. The queue barriers are creeping over the line and tonight with the rai,. there are tent poles in the middle of the 3 foot access, making it impassible I moved the pole and told the employee, but I think this should come from the.City.

bike lane dividers on 3rd Street are very dangerous. Instead of parking all along the bike lane, where cyclists have a chance to filter into the main traffic lanes to get around cars, cars are parking right where the dividers end, and cyclists cannot jump the dividers to get into the main lane of traffic, so cyclists have to slam on their brakes in a bike lane full of gravel to avoid rear ending the cars. Please consider extending these dividers all the way to Indiana Ave, and make them cub for buses in the areas where buses need to pick people up.

There is construction at the corner of W 14th and N Monroe, and the lanes are shifted slightly west as a result. The southbound lane, near the temporary construction barriers, has a series of very deep potholes that are unavoidable due to the cones dividing the traffic lanes.
Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers)

During a phone call about planning questions this morning, I received a request/complaint about the maintenance of the storm inlet at the northeast corner of Reverend Butler Park, at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Fairview Street. The storm inlet regularly gets blocked with branches and other debris, causing flooding in the park, in 10th Street, and in the basement of 615 North Fairview Street. The caller requests that CBU institute a regular schedule of maintenance to keep this inlet clear. Thank you

Only halfway completed in construction almost two decades ago, the abandoned "Tibetan tea house" is owned last I heard by someone living in California who's son living in Indiana asked another guy a third person to watch over it and was letting a bunch of unhoused people stay there with syringes, foil wads, and there's been constant traffic in and out of the brush and the structure ever since. They camp out in that little area, then spread out to nearby neighborhoods and Crestmont porch pirating, etc. it's not a safe structure, and it is maintaining a common nuisance. It's not a complete structure, it has never been properly maintained, and needs to be demolished.
