Mr. Ward called to let us know that on several occasions he has seen folks drive back to the Wapehani Bike Park and dump brush and other debris. He knows what they're doing is illegal but doesn't want to get in trouble trying to catch them! He lives at the corner of Wapehani/Weimer roads and uses the park frequently and wants to see it taken care of. Also, has some questions about off-roading in the big open field by the park. Streets are still unplowed in the downtown neighborhood of McDoel Gardens four days after a snow emergency was declared. Residents do not appreciate that basic services have been dropped now that the hospital has moved. We are still paying taxes in part to support basic city services.
