Other: The stoplight is not working as it should. It won't turn green for certain directions (northbound on Walnut Pike in this instance), or turns green for a very short period, letting two or three cars through. Cars were quickly jutting into the turning lane as an alternate to sitting through a third or fourth light on the way to work in the morning today.
