The new audible signals downtown, especially at the intersection of 5th and Walnut, drive her crazy. She couldn't concentrate when reading on the square at lunch, and the insistence of the sounds drove her nuts. She likes the idea of accessbility for those who are visually impaired, but thinks this can be accomplished in a different manner.

There is a City bench that is secured to the concrete, and someone has put their belongings underneath it, put a blue tarp over it, and tied it down. It has been there for two weeks now, and it is across from Chocolate Moose on the corner of Smith and Walnut.

cars are treating the two lanes both as eastbound through lanes making it an interesting conflict with bikes. signs on the pavement still indicate through or turn.

Noticed vehicle parked in front of my car which had the last metered spot around 10-11 am after I arrived for work and it was still there when I left after 4, it was also very close to mine which left very little room to get out as well.
Traffic Suggestions
100 North Jordan Avenue

The lane markings at the entrance to the Jordan Avenue Parking Garage are incomplete. There are white lane markings for the exiting traffic, but there is no line of any kind marking the separation between ingoing and outgoing traffic. Shouldn't there be a yellow line there? I have witnessed several close calls at this location, when a vehicle entering the garage crosses a couple of feet over where the yellow line SHOULD be, into the left-turn lane for the exiting traffic.
