Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info. There was an accident at the roundabout on moores Pike and S. Renwick a number of months ago that damaged the internal portion of the round about as well as the wall between the round about and the adjacent homes. Does the city have a plan to fix this? It's an eyesore and also likely less safe for the homes behind the wall. If this is an issue that needs to be taken up with the HOA please let me know so that our neighbors can apply pressure to get that fixed.

There was an accident on the street in front of my house last night. It damaged a tree in the grass between the sidewalk and the street. (4037 E Bennington, Gentry Honours ) Bark was torn off 3/4th way around the tree. It will likely die if not treated. Please have someone look at it. Also there is car part debris (bumper and grill) that needs removed.

Trash truck damaged my tote with hydraulics. It is a small tote that I want to swap out for the largest trash tote anyway.

Trash has been scattered across the entire driveway for months with piles of more trash accumulating outside next to garage. Excessive growth to the point it looks like the movie setting for I Am Legend. After each storm large branches fall into street and are not picked up until neighbors just do it themselves. With the persistent amount of disregard to upkeep the outside it’s worrisome if there are hazards inside.

The fifth dog at this address (over the amount allowed by ordinance) that purportedly does not bark was observed today on the rear deck of the house continuously barking from a few minutes before 2 pm until 2:15 pm. No other dogs were out. The dog looks like a border collie, black and white, medium size. Its mouth was going up and down continuously. Barks were heard continuously until somebody let the dog inside at 2:15.

Is this not a car or not a lawn? It's there right now and doesn't seem like it's moved since the first time I took out the closed ticket. This is the third ticket for this car, 4th for this property today.
