Caller to HAND reports that there is trash (old doors, windows, etc) piling up against the garage of the property. It has been there since last summer.

In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. It is unclear who has the right of way between southeast bound and northwest bound at the intersection of Fountain and 11th. Southeast bound cars either turn left or continue straight, but there is no yield for either option. A northwest bound car could collide with a southeast bound car turning left onto 11th and there is no signage preventing this.

A long stretch of sidewalk adjacent to Harmony school is still covered with snow. One must cross to the other side of the street or walking the street. Shouldn't someone have cleared it by now?

Snow plows pushed the snow out of the cul-de-sac and basically in front of my house specifically, my mailbox is now blocked. The mail trucks will no longer deliver mail to my house because of the snow. It’s basically an icy snow situation that I cannot handle myself so I am no longer receiving any mail service. Well I appreciate the snow plows, I do not appreciate that. It’s not allowing me to get mail any longer.
