Traffic Signals:

Other: There are a few times recently where the light is only green for a few seconds and lets maybe three cars through. I've experienced it from both directions but the last two days it has been when coming from the south going north. The light was doing this in the Spring as well but seemed to have been fixed but is now doing it again.
