tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.
Dave Rollo owns 1919 e Maxwell, his tenants complained to him about large pile of trash at 1915. His tenants have begun to have rodent problems. Mr. Rollo Spoke to the tenants of 1915 last week and the trash is still there this week.
