Checked Reqpro for October 22 and she was told if her recycling was not picked up today to call Sanitation. She called Sanitation after they were closed for the day. She would really like her recycling to be picked up. It has not been picked up the last three cycles.

Is a problem stop. I did speak with her on 10/20 and made her aware of program guidelines. I spoke with crew; recycle was not out when they went through on 10/22 at 5:50 AM.
