Are there any plans to put a ramp down from the bike lane down to street level here? This is the newish bike lane that runs behind Black Lumber, and should lead into the Switchyard Park. At the Walnut St crossing there is still a curb here, making the transition to the road difficult for bikes.

Mrs Kumar came in 08/30/16 and said she has spoken with HAND and PW about the overgrowth in the ditch in front of her house and they sent her to Utilities. I told her I would look at it.
Storm ditch is overgrown and needs to be cleaned out.

This is the third time that resident has been written up for trash violations since 10-3-2011. Violations have been for failure to bag items properly and not placing stickers on bags/cans.
