I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately. Property is on SE corner of N Bryan and 7th St. The traffic calming bump out on the 7th street side is overgrown with Johnson grass and has been for months. A look at google street view shows it was overgrown in July of last year, showing this is a chronic issue at this location.

There is a vehicle that parks on the sidewalk at this location almost daily, preventing bike and foot traffic from utilizing the sidewalk.

Fiber project was blocking the sidewalk on N Monroe at approximately 5:10pm 7/8. No signs or barricades were present.

Thanks for the reply. I am taking about the situation now. When the time I back up from my driveway to the Heritage, I looked right, left, till no car in sight. I slowly back to the street, immediately a loud squeaky brake behind me. A red car from 3rd street almost hits my car. Of course those cars can park wherever they allowed after the construction done on Smith Rd. But now it’s so dangerous! You should not wait till something terribly happened before taking actions.
