Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.

Walking my dog on the Bline last night I encountered this person’s vehicle parked inappropriately. The driver was likely drinking cider or shooting pool. I wonder if it was backed nearly onto the trail or driven off 2nd and down the trail before pulling off.

New property owner purchased building in August. It has only been maintained once since ownership (the first week it was owned). There has been no exterior maintenance since (mowing, leaf pickup, etc). This pertains to 421 E Hillside as well.

Drain in front of this property is blocked and the street flooded last time it rained. Drain needs unblocking and the flood debris needs clearing up

On the south side of Allen St, between Walnut and Washington, someone cut a hole in the street and filled it with small rocks that are just spreading everywhere. They also upended the adjacent sidewalk panel and tried to just lay it back down again. Maybe the fiber company?

I sent an earlier file that I think got sent without my name etc re sidewalk repair issues in Rolling Oak in the Stands. I apologize for the redundancy but wanted you to have my contact info if needed. There are multiple issues with sidewalks both along Stands rd and Oakmont and Rolling Oak that are potential trip hazards. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Laura Chappell

Numerous sidewalk issues in Rolling Oak due to street trees(particularly pin oaks) There are multiple places along Stands Road on the Rolling Oak subdivision side as well as on Rolling Oak and Oakmont. Included are a few pictures. There was some repair work done a few years ago but these places are now a huge trip hazard. I would appreciate your quick advisement on this issue. 822 S Fess again. The gigabit people are at it again. End of driveway and into neighbor. Left a hole and trash, plastic debris and empty water bottle. Just abandoned with a hole by neighbors tree at end of drive way. Please get these people under control. So they have left this as if they started digging, changed their mind and left. Then they dug up my front yard and then on Monday, a water main rupture from their digging. ALL other installation has been down the alley WHERE the power lines run. Please respond. Issue #3.

I have repeatedly requested for this gate and the others on the rail trail to be locked. It looks like someone has damaged the post on one of the gates. I would feel safer if it was not possible for cars or other motorized vehicles to easily access the trail from the nearby roads..
