Overgrown grass and bushes over the roof

The rental owner of the property has neglected the overgrowth of his tree, as well as other vegetation. This in turn is starting to over grown into my property. I’ve have asked for removal but no compliance has been received. The overgrowth is starting to take over my property and causing flood issues to surrounding neighbors. The property has been neglected and not touched since I moved into this address in 2022.

Excessive growth. Only mows when reported. No one wants to walk on the sidewalk in front of this house with thigh high weeds. Bad look for the neighborhood but more than that it attracts pests and unwanted bugs.

Caller to HAND is reporting overgrown grass. The lawn has not yet been mowed this season & she said this happens every year.
