Dark blue Hyundai appeared in front of my house many weeks ago and has not moved. The vehicle has no license plate or anything indicating ownership and appears to be abandoned. It is unlocked and there are no personal items or registration inside to allow me to contact a potential owner.

This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. A handicap van is permanently parked in front of 678 E. Heather Drive. The lady died who needed this van and her son has not driven it all winter. It is parked on a curve and does impede vision for drivers especially at night. Parking is allowed on the street but I assume it is not meant to be a garage. The condo has a two car garage and a wide drive way so I see no reason for this vehicle to be on the street. Can someone check this out please. Thank you.

Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests. THe Bton leave collection program, cleaned up High Street, on 12/14/2020, and this property did not have leaves collected into a pile along the curb for collection. 6.06.020 ordinance violation
