There is a giant hole in the alley way behind 809 S. Fess around where work was done on a manhole some time ago. The hole has gotten huge and when it rains it fills with water. Many cars use this alley to get to parking behind their houses. When filled with water, the hole can nearly swallow a small car. It continues to get larger as time is passing and is dangerous.

The sidewalks on South High Street are being obstructed by low-hanging tree branches. These branches hang 3-5 feet above the sidewalks and may be hazardous to walkers and runners. They demand constant ducking and dodging, perhaps even into the street in some cases. The leaves conceal hard branches beneath them, and I have seen several walkers and runners hit their heads.

at Westfield and Willis someone has moved one of the no parking signs resulting in parking into the line of sight. Additionally, a guardrail on Westfield has been damaged and a dangerous I-beam is standing causing a hazard. There are two large dead trees in front of 400 S. High Street. They have been dead for more than a year. They pose a fire hazard as well as a risk of injury and damage to property should they fall.
