MASSIVE potholes all over this road. Amazed its been allowed to get this bad. They're so big they're definitely a safety hazard

Day two
Abandoned white car parked out front with a tarp on it. I don’t know why this keeps going on for years and the city lets us one person get away with it.
Excessive yard growth. Looks horrible. Happens every year.
Have seen a motorcycle parked on the trail, looks like using the rail on the small bridge. It has been there for several days.
This is more than just a pothole. The ground has opened up and revealed a kind of evacuated cavern under the concrete, sort of like a karst feature. It should probably be investigated by an engineer and not just filled in. It is in the alley directly behind (east) of the parking lot behind Bynum Fanyo on Walnut.
The rainwater drain in front of 1427 W. Adams Cir is cracked away from the curb and is sinking below street level
During heavy rains, the back of the parking lot floods heavily - a lot of additional runoff is coming from the adjacent McDonalds parking lot.
When turning left off of landmark onto 3rd street the sensor doesn't seem to be working. Waited 5 min (from 8:42am to 8:47am) and the light didn't change. Ended up having to turn right and then circle back. There were at least 8 other cars behind me waiting as well.
There is a bad pothole in the middle of the road along the dotted yellow lines on 46 between 17th street and Discovery Parkway
