Other: This is more than just a pothole. The ground has opened up and revealed a kind of evacuated cavern under the concrete, sort of like a karst feature. It should probably be investigated by an engineer and not just filled in. It is in the alley directly behind (east) of the parking lot behind Bynum Fanyo on Walnut.

There is a hole that is over a foot deep but There does not appear to be any ROW permits associated with this. If any further investigation is needed on our part please let us know.
