Trash has been scattered across the entire driveway for months with piles of more trash accumulating outside next to garage. Excessive growth to the point it looks like the movie setting for I Am Legend. After each storm large branches fall into street and are not picked up until neighbors just do it themselves. With the persistent amount of disregard to upkeep the outside it’s worrisome if there are hazards inside.
Trash truck damaged my tote with hydraulics. It is a small tote that I want to swap out for the largest trash tote anyway.
There is an apartment complex which has been in business for over thirty years that has had graffiti on the retaining wall for over six months. It is located at the corner of Fess and 2nd Street. I initially thought that the owners of the complex would do something about it but so far, nothing.
All of Elliston really needs to be repaved. Last summer several streets in Sherwood Oaks was repaved, but Elliston was not one of them. There are several spots that frequently need refilling. I know it's not a major thoroughfare in the neighborhood, but there is a lot of both vehicle/bicycle/foot traffic due to the park at the end of the street. At the end of the street, right before you get to the park, there are now massive potholes and uneven pavement. This is also in front of a residence. It seems like it is getting pretty dangerous.

2nd St is trashed from S Walker Street to Buildings Trade Park. Recent construction did a terrible job patching their work, it’s hazardous in many places.
When W 6th St was repaved last year they didn't bring all the sewer access covers ("manholes") up to the level of the new pavement. The one in front of the driveway to the Fairview Methodist Church is especially bad. It could cause a bicycle to wreck. It nearly caused me to get hit by a car when I was avoiding it. There are a couple of others (one square and another round) in the westbound lane that are also bad, but they are often covered by parked cars. (I put the dot on your map where the problem is, but the address is actually 600 W 6th since it's on the north side of the street.)
Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info.
