Other: When W 6th St was repaved last year they didn't bring all the sewer access covers ("manholes") up to the level of the new pavement. The one in front of the driveway to the Fairview Methodist Church is especially bad. It could cause a bicycle to wreck. It nearly caused me to get hit by a car when I was avoiding it. There are a couple of others (one square and another round) in the westbound lane that are also bad, but they are often covered by parked cars. (I put the dot on your map where the problem is, but the address is actually 600 W 6th since it's on the north side of the street.)
