No one from Xfinity/Comcast has contacted me either by email, text message, or phone. Jeff, we spoke on Wed, April 29th - you called me. The cable is still touching my garage roof. I feel uncomfortable with this situation due to the amount & severity of the Bloomington storms this Spring. This is still the same issue about the cable wire that has been touching my garage roof since the February tornado. I know that it is not Duke's wire. It has been identified as Comcast's wire by a repair man from QC (Comcast's contractor) on Saturday, April 25, 2026. However, Brandon Austin stated that he cannot remove it without the permission of Comcast. I called the 800 XFINITY number and requested that they remove it asap. Here is my work order #: ECM0021457478. I am very concerned because both transformers on either side of my house have been hit by the recent storms. Today, we are having another storm. Can you help prioritize this situation so that I do not have a fire enabled by the cable wire on my garage? Also, I am NOT a Comcast/Xfinity customer. This wire goes into my basement via a window and has never been in use since I purchased this house in 2020. Unsure where to report this. This guy asked my son and his friends to help push vehicles into their driveway to prevent the vehicles from being towed. He plans to push them back into the street parking area eventually. Why is he pushing these vehicles up and down the street? Is this legal? I really don’t want my son involved with this neighbor.

A section of the curb on the east half of the roundabout is significantly damaged and a chunk of the curb has broken off.
