I am reporting a suspected violation of Bloomington Municipal Code (Title 7, including Chapter 7.23 regarding feral cat colonies). At 401 W Watson Street, a resident appears to be harboring a feral cat colony, as defined by allowing animals to remain and be fed on the property. The number of cats has increased significantly, indicating the colony is not being properly managed. This has been reported multiple times on uReport but never properly dealt with. Google Maps imagery shows a large collection of outdoor shelters within a fenced enclosure, suggesting the presence of a substantial number of cats being harbored. The cats regularly roam onto neighboring properties and are creating a nuisance, including noise, sanitation issues, and repeated intrusion. Many appear to be in poor health. Please have Animal Care and Control investigate and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with city ordinances.
Large area of pavement washed out by the recent heavy rain. Large and small chunks of asphalt are along the sidewalk all the way until the Woodlawn intersection. Once the crew is there anyway, if they continue towards S Walnut, they will encounter several more potholes.

Cars bottom out here due to dip in alley exit onto S Rogers st. This alley also needs holes patched.
The righthand side of the eastbound traffic light at the intersection of N Kinser Pike and E Indiana 45 Bypass has its red light out. One of the two lights there still have a working red light, but the right side is not working on red. The green light was working on the same traffic sign, unsure on the yellow light as I was at a stop (red) and it shifted to green successfully.
Trying to turn into Rogers from Dixie is dangerous because the shrubs on the corner are blocking the view.
I am writing to formally report the deteriorating road conditions on West Allen Street. Despite previous notifications, the roadway remains in poor condition and continues to worsen, creating significant safety hazards for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Specifically, the road suffers from numerous potholes, missing road lines, and uneven pavement, all of which increase the risk of accidents and vehicle damage. The lack of timely maintenance has made the street unsafe, and I respectfully urge the city to prioritize immediate repair and corrective action.
