Other: The righthand side of the eastbound traffic light at the intersection of N Kinser Pike and E Indiana 45 Bypass has its red light out. One of the two lights there still have a working red light, but the right side is not working on red. The green light was working on the same traffic sign, unsure on the yellow light as I was at a stop (red) and it shifted to green successfully.
