117 S. Heritage Rd. This morning took me at least 10 m. standing by my driveway to guide my daughter back up to leave. While I was doing it, friends came by to complaint about this situation which drove them crazy. No one can argue with legal parking on the public street, is it legal to drive on the public street? If a legal driver’s vehicle hit a legal parking vehicle, who’s responsibility it is? Why under such a hazardous situation people still willing to take the risk to park their vehicles on the public street? Must be something worth to explore.

When the city street department was doing some type of digging throughout the Bloomington streets in October , the streetlight in front of the house was disconnected and never hooked back up.
