Walk from car to street, but sidewalks have not been shoveled, particularly S. Fairview, nearly 2 weeks after the storm

The owner of the property that faces onto the west side of Madison St just north of the train bridge (property address 400 W 13th St) has not cleared their sidewalks. In fact, they've never cleared their sidewalks in years and years. The property owner is the city. This property and the bridge are the two standouts that prevent a contiguous sidewalk from 17th to 11th along the Madison-Rogers corridor. Please fine the landowner for this chronic non-compliance, and also get a work crew out there pronto. Thanks!
Pedestrian bridge is untreated and hazardous
Unplowed street. Just learned that mail has not been delivered since the storm due to this.
Turning left off of 3rd Street onto Lincoln did not give a left turn green arrow for multiple cycles, despite there being 3 cars in the left turn lane.
There is a hole in the alleyway that causes a significant risk to pedestrians. This is just near the sidewalk area and pedestrian entrance to the 4th Street Parking garage. We have placed our own cones near the hole to try to protect folks, but the cones have been moved several times for cars to use the alley. This is an immediate hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP. Thanks, Brian
at 2 weeks after the snow, the sidewalk is not shoveled on Davisson and not on W. 3rd, as well as S. Walker!
This photo shows a parking spot designated for ramp van vehicles that has been taken over via large pile of gravel, dumped in the spot, making it impossible for vans to park there. This is on the south side of Target.
Sidewalk blocked with snow and difficult to pass without walking in street.
Multiple people parallel parked against traffic in the 200 E block of Wylie St, at least one more on the 400 E block.
