On the north end of Ridgefield neighborhood, all along the sidewalk that runs parallel with Kinser, the trees are hanging over the sidewalk. The residents on that end claim it is the city's responsibility. I trimmed it once this spring and am not doing it again. Make these people trim their trees. Basically 1146 thru 1126 W. There Thea’s a bus sitting parked along the the west side of College 15th to 16th from approximately 720 to Atleast 730+ This cause a line of site for cars trying to out of 15th because the bus was just sitting. I did not get the bus number but people trying to get on to college could look north to see if the lane was clear to pull out.

intersection at Sare and Rhorer. If turning left onto Rhorer it's very difficult if not impossible to see around the car to your right that's turning onto Rhorer. Also, cars coming down the hill on Rhorar, to the left are very fast. Should be 4-way stop or traffic light.
On the corner of Maria Ct. and Whitely Dr. The trees are overgrown and blocking the sidewalks.
Four years this light has been broken. Turn lane arrow is triggered but no cars need to turn. I feel bad cutting through the alley in my truck with a loud exhaust waking up all those people in the morning but that is what I have to do so I don't sit and wait and wait and wait at a light you refuse to fix. The citizens of this city have lost more money idling in their cars burning fuel waiting for nobody but the broken light than it would have cost to fix. Do you hate the people of the west side?
Multiple used appliances have been sitting in driveway for weeks. Property needs weeds trimmed as well.
Someone needs to check on the construction crew working Rogers Street in the Patterson area. They are blocking the sidewalk with their materials on the east side near the warehouse. One of the contractors unexpectedly pulled his truck out onto the street to block a vehicle and then pulled it out aggressively again almost causing an accident. When confronted about this being unsafe he said “I can do whatever I want“.
Resident moved and left behind a mess.
Construction project that was set to begin 8/20/25 started out of nowhere on 10/6/25, putting Rogers to northbound traffic only. If you do try to go northbound, there is to be a flagger at the Novo Nordisk entrance, but this morning there was not one. Traffic backed up going northbound, and traffic was still coming southbound. Thus, things were at a standstill as there was no flagger from Crider & Crider (company logo I noticed on trucks) to direct traffic. Would like to know when this project will last as it didn't start on time and there was no notice that the southbound lane would be completely closed, even to those of us who live in the area.
