Other: 10th St. and Discovery Parkway is way overdue for safe pedestrian infrastructure. As you can see, it's close to a post office, several employers on Discovery Parkway, and several apartment buildings. It's also serviced by city transit. But it's entirely unsafe for pedestrian crossing and seems like it's not even set up for that. Please invest in making it more usable for people to be able to safely cross 10th from Discovery to get to Pete Ellis.
