Drivers are going too fast here and sometimes not seeing the stop signs, specifically going north on mitchell. I have witnessed two collisions and this calls for improved visibility of the stop sign or some other form of traffic calming. Many people, including kids, bike through this intersection and are vulnerable.
Overflowing trash in yard. This area has a lot of animals (deer, raccoons, mice, rats, etc.) This is a new build and would benefit the neighborhood if the city would enforce the ordinances quickly to set expectations. Thank you.
Caller to HAND says that there is trash in the front yard of the property and in the back yard there are logs, a grill and other items too close to the property line.
Can we please get a "no parking" sign here? There is a near constant issue with people parking on the yellow curb and it's dangerous!
yard overgrown, does not appear if it has been touched this year
Behind the Bloomington Antique Mall on the B-Line Trail an old homeless lady loudly screams for hours. She sits on a bench on the trail and screams almost every single day, various times of the day. She will scream at pedestrians on the trail.
Frat house at 702 E. Third St. has tires disposed in back yard next to dumpsters. This is easily visible from alley behind the property.
Tree branch across the Clear Creek Trail about 1/3 mile south of Rockport.
The response provided for Case# 201024 (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=201024) was insufficient and dismissive ("Cases are left open until they comply. A large number of tickets were issued, however, tickets are tracked in a separate system from Ureport."). It is not true that all the "Sidewalk Snow Removal" complaints were followed up with tickets. Rather, they were *all* updated soon after 8am on Wed 26 Feb with various comments such as, "Snow has melted", "No longer valid", etc. There is no reason to lie - better to just ignore requests from residents and go back to whatever it is you do all day long. Eventually, we will get the message that submissions to UReport are a waste of time and we will stop bothering your office with such things.
