cement is broken, showing plastic pvc pipe that seems like it is getting a lot of wear and possibly flexing more than it should. Seems like it could be a tripping hazard and possibly break, becoming even a larger hazard.
Weeds 3 to 4 feet high, in front . Overgrowth on the side , with vines and weeds. High grass. An absolute eyesore
Traffic light seems to trigger north/south for Sunrise at 10th St, without any cars at the parking lot or Sunrise.
This is a test to see how stormwater issues are reported.
We've seen trash bins show up at our place of business that we as a business do not own. These are accumulating trash and debris without being emptied thus it's become a hazard. Requesting these be disposed of to keep our property clean and tidy. Thank you.

Detached water main cover, very dangerous
Huge ailanthus trees at the the corner of the retention pond on between the Hawthorne cut-through
Didn't finish about the ailanthus: It's in a residential are BUT I believe that that retention pond belongs to the City and therefore could be removed by the City
