It appears that this is fully on the property at 1155 S Weatherstone Lane, which likely indicates that it is the sole responsibility of the property owner to maintain. Betty - If you are part of an HOA, I recommend reaching out to them to see if there is responsibility with the HOA to aid in assistance.
